Danielle Hansen has focused her legal career on defending medical malpractice, general negligence and premises liability actions. She worked for Silberstein, Awad & Miklos, P.C. before joining Bower Law, P.C. where she successfully participated in mediations, was second chair for a medical malpractice trials and performed the direct examinations of plaintiffs, non-parties and an expert economist at trial. She has rapidly become an invaluable part of Bower Law P.C.
Danielle received her B.A. in Public Relations from Quinnipiac University in 2008, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She graduated 3rd in her class from Touro Law School where she obtained her J. D. degree in 2011. She was the Constitutional Law Editor of the Touro Law Review and published articles focusing on evidentiary and constitutional law issues. Danielle also completed judicial internships with the USDC, E.D.N.Y., the NY Supreme Court, Appellate Division and the United States Attorney’s Office, E.D.N.Y.
Danielle is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, Suffolk County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. She is admitted to the New York State Bar and the Eastern and Southern Districts of the Federal Court system.BACK TO ATTORNEYS
