Dylan Braverman regularly defends clients in complex civil litigation in both Federal and State courts within New York. The focus of Mr. Braverman’s practice is professional liability (primarily defending medical and legal malpractice), medical device products liability, emerging technology and intellectual property.
In addition to extensive experience defending clients before Justices of the New York State trial court, Mr. Braverman is an experienced appellate attorney. An often aggressive approach is applied when defending clients, seeking pre-answer dismissal when possible and litigating each matter with an eye towards the earliest and most cost-effective resolution. Prior to becoming associated with Bower Monte & Greene, P.C., Mr. Braverman worked in the Professional Liability and Intellectual Property Practice Groups at one of the largest New York area full-service firms.
Mr. Braverman is a 1999 graduate of the Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University and resides in Manhattan.
