Erin Stalzer (Deacy-Stalzer) currently specializes in the defense of hospitals, physicians, nursing homes and other healthcare related facilities in complex medical malpractice claims. She has obtained successful outcomes in medical and dental malpractice, premises and general liability, products liability, commercial trucking, and subrogation matters.
Erin is an invaluable member of the Bower Law, P.C. team, handling complex discovery proceedings, aggressively pursuing innovative legal arguments and motion practice to obtain favorable disposition or resolution for our clients, second-seating at trial, and independently achieving successful results for our clients in alternative dispute forums. Her repeated success with motion practice is notable, obtaining outright dismissal for clients and garnering the attention of the New York Law Journal.
Erin received her B.A. degree in History and Political Science, graduating summa cum laude from Mount St. Mary’s College in 2003. She obtained her J.D. degree from Hofstra University School of Law in 2006. During her tenure at law school, she studied abroad under Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg and participated in the Family Law Clinic.
