During the past three decades, Peter has dedicated his professional career to the defense of a wide variety of personal injury actions ranging from medical malpractice and other professional liability cases involving health law and sexual harassment to amateur sports and horse-stable litigation. Peter’s reputation as a creative, and if need be aggressive, litigator is well known and respected among his fellow members of the trial bar.
Leading by example, Peter has created a firm which prides itself on a complete understanding of the intricacies of the subject matter of each individual case and translates this broad knowledge into winning strategies in the courtroom, alternative dispute forums and the appellate arena. Peter’s education includes a B.A. in History from the University of Virginia in 1975 and a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 1980. He also attained the rank of first lieutenant in the United States Army Military Police.
Peter’s talents and accomplishments have been recognized by being selected annually as a Super Lawyer by The New York Times Top Attorneys in the New York metropolitan area and by The Best Lawyers in America.
